You will be part of our Customer Support team, managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring timely closure of faults and complaints within SLAs.
This role involves providing Inbound/Outbound call and e-mail/chat support, addressing customer issues, and collaborating with the Service Desk Voice Support team to maintain operational efficiency and resolve disputes.
