Key Responsibilities:
  • Looking for women with minimum 2 years of recent career break.
  • You will be part of our Customer Support team, managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring timely closure of faults and complaints within SLAs.
  • This role involves providing Inbound/Outbound call and e-mail/chat support, addressing customer issues, and collaborating with the Service Desk Voice Support team to maintain operational efficiency and resolve disputes.
