Key Responsibilities:
  • ● Develop a deep understanding of the Growth Vidyapeeth's workshops, features, and benefits. Articulate the value proposition to potential clients, highlighting how it can positively impact their life
  • ● Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • ● Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software / Google Sheets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales-related information
  • ● Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimize marketing strategies
  • ● Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, progress, and results. Present sales performance data to the Faculty and Project Head
Role Proficiencies:
  • ● Excellent Communication Skill is a must (Fluency in English, Hindi and if possible, Gujarati)
  • ● Basic knowledge about Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
