Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling Existing Clients Regularly & Meeting them when Required.
  • Always looking for New Clients & Creating a Good data base.
  • Supporting Clients in their day to day Requirements
  • Capture customer feedback & coordinate with office staff.
  • Acting as a bridge between client & KTC
  • Handle their Requirement of Bearings & Valves and get a brief understanding of what the client needs.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred Basic conversation skill in English, Hindi & Marathi Languages.
  • Preferred Basic conversation skill in English, Hindi & Marathi Languages.
  • Initiative in helping management, optimize processes and systems with consumer feedback.
