Key Responsibilities:

A conference producer with a maximum of 4 years of experience in B2B conference production.
Someone who can use critical thinking to research and generate conference topics ideas based on industry trends. And prepare a conference proposal.
Someone who can identify, recruit, and communicate with key industry leaders as potential speakers - keeping in mind the exhibition partners and dynamics.
You should be organised and be able to maintain appropriate documentation for the conference
Someone who is adept at working with cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing, Website, Operations, etc. to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
You will be the main point of contact for speakers - so you will also be required to work on getting their official details etc for the event.
You should be able to manage people and forge contacts for future conferences as well.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelorâ€™s or masterâ€™s degree . At least 4 years of experience in B2B Conference Production
You are interested in learning about new subjects, markets, and industries, especially in the B2B sector.
Good copywriting skills
