Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
Identify and reach out to potential new clients; maintain and grow the client database
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel for Ms. Priya Kumar
Manage logistics for workshops and client engagements
Assist with planning book launches and events (venue coordination, invitations, logistics)
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for client interactions
Work closely with the client servicing, events, and social media teams
Ensure all client communication reflects professionalism and brand credibility

Role Proficiencies:

Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong organisational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Comfort using AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency
Professional presence and attention to detail
This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organised, and capable of representing the company with senior leadership clients.
