Client Relations & Coordination Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Identify and reach out to potential new clients; maintain and grow the client database
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel for Ms. Priya Kumar
  • Manage logistics for workshops and client engagements
  • Assist with planning book launches and events (venue coordination, invitations, logistics)
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for client interactions
  • Work closely with the client servicing, events, and social media teams
  • Ensure all client communication reflects professionalism and brand credibility
Role Proficiencies:
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
  • Comfort using AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency
  • Professional presence and attention to detail
  • This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organised, and capable of representing the company with senior leadership clients.
