Business Development Manager (Farming)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to target high-value prospects and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue existing business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise accounts and deliver 4X business pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Track and report on KPIs, pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise clients. Adopt change in mindset on “value” vs. “commodity” clients while keeping customer feedback in mind.
Role Proficiencies:
  • − Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • − 5+ years of experience in similar industry, enterprise sales or strategic partnerships
  • − Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in complex, B2B sales environments.
  • − Good amount of knowledge about Loyalty Marketing, rewards management and Promotions, B2B Corporate Sales and concept & consultative selling
  • − Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • − Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets
  • − Ability to travel as required
  • − Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • − Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
