Agency Partner Channel

Function : Agency Partner Channel
ï‚· Opportunity to be associated with the Company As Associate Business Development Manager and build a distribution enterprise.
ï‚· Responsible for recruiting and managing a team of Leader and agents.
ï‚· Responsible for recruiting a team of Leaders, who will recruit agents and agents will source direct business. Key Responsibility:
ï‚· Exceed recruitment target on new agency leaders and agent enrollments.
ï‚· Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by developing successful leaders.
ïƒ˜ Emphasis on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associates through one-onone session.
ïƒ˜ Create mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associate and Agents to enableeasier recruitment.
ï‚· Enhance AFYP & Number of cases by the unit.
ï‚· Focus on potential EC, MDRT, CEO council agents through complete unit.
ï‚· Focus on number of R&R winners.
ï‚· Focus on enablement and development of the team
ï‚· Ensure agents, agency associates, agency associate’s unit and agency leader unit is in complaint withvarious IRDA guidelines.
ïƒ˜ Timely contract of agents and agency associates within regulatory guidelines
ïƒ˜ Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level.
ï‚· Track competition regularly at regional level on various measure such as new strategies, newcompensation models etc. with particular reference to Financial Executives / AAP model developed by the competitors.
ï‚· Execute plans for growth of the agency
ïƒ˜ Identify, interview and select new leaders from market and by networking
ïƒ˜ Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Financial Executives, Agency Associates and Agent Advisors.
ïƒ˜ Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for team
ïƒ˜ Ensur e retention of team by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
ïƒ˜ Handhold, develop and supervise Financial Executives, Agency Associates and Agents to meet planand follow growth leadership practices
Minimum and specific experience:
ïƒ˜ Overall experience of 4-6years
ïƒ˜ Preference will be given to candidates having man management experience
ïƒ˜ Should have minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
