Business Development Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients for Qween's recruitment, D&I consulting, and training services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client communication, proposals, and service escalations.
  • Create customized proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies based on client needs.
  • Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to HR and leadership teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging HR practices.
  • Identify new sectors, industries, or service areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Share weekly/monthly business development reports and insights.
  • Represent Qween at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Promote Qween's vision of diversity and inclusion as a brand ambassador.
  • Explore partnerships and alliances aligned with Qween's business goals.
  • Provide client and market feedback to improve offerings and strategies.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment collection by coordinating with clients and accounts teams, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR consulting, and diversity landscapes. Has strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT industry skill sets to engage with clients across sectors.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to assess revenue potential and profitability.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at handling discussions around commercials, contracts, and service terms with a balance of assertiveness and empathy.
  • Strong networking ability to build professional connections.
  • Creative problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
  • Effective multitasker, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Works effectively with internal teams-recruitment, delivery, and marketing-to ensure aligned business execution.
  • Persistent, self-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Open to continuous learning about new industries, diversity trends, and evolving client needs to stay relevant and informed.
