Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial solutions to the Burgundy customers while maintaining high service standards
Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank
Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities
Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
Acquire new customers by converting referral leads
Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank
Work closely with the Branch Heads, Cluster Heads and Circle Business Managers to design action plans and drive CO agendas, initiatives and organizational goals
To aggressively and cohesively work with different products teams like TPP, Assets, CBG, RFR etc.
Handling of UHNIs and Wealth Clients

Role Proficiencies:

7+ years experience in Banking / Financial services preferably in branch banking role
Knowledge of banking sector, Banking products and process knowledge, and Regulatory knowledge
Skills Sales and Influencing Skills, Planning and Organizing Skills, Good Writing Skills, Comfort with Power Point and Excel, Fluency in English and Good Inter-Personal Skills
