Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects spanning several practices/disciplines/geographies managing scope, risks, results, delays and profitability.
• Be an “Influencer” in the further development of your domain/specialism via technical knowledge, capabilities and attitude
• Focus on business results and higher profit margin, while organizing successful delivery
• Be a confident, polished and fluent presenter frequently presenting to client management teams, to boards and to large audiences
• Translate vision into initiatives and creates opportunities to develop markets / clients and adapt our Business.
• Be an active participant in industry wide forums on leveraging technology for Business application
• Lead process improvement through technology related tools within the given area of expertise
• Have excellent knowledge of CG and other Platform approaches, the Automation Drive
• Suite and Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM) tech offer
• Implement effective Talent strategies to build the organization to meet business objectives
• Implement effective recruitment strategies to build the organization to meet business objectives
• You will strategically focus people and resources to meet changing market requirements and create a culture of innovation at all levels - Be an enabler of change.
• Develop strategic learning direction for business area, ensuring learning focus is geared to business objectives and success.

Role Proficiencies:

• Domain Expertise in O2C/P2P/R2R
• Recent Transformation Experience is must
• Delivery Management exp
• Worked on F&A Ops, Automation, Tools like High Radius, Web collect
• Third party environment exposure
• Target Lean & digital transformation team

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

• English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
• Economic education
• Preferably ACCA or CPA certification
• Certified in multiple DGEM Tech technologies across different towers
