Key Responsibilities:

Interact with the Procurement team and Project team at site in order to verify the quantity and specifications of the material supplied and installed on the different projects.
Prepare client Bill and verify all Sub Contractor Measurements; Bills including MEP services, Civil & interior like - stone, tile, paint, gypsum, Carpet, Modulars Furnitures, lights etc.
Prepare the measurement and bills at different stages of the project as per the milestones define with the different vendors.
Support the Procurement team in preparing the Bill of Quantities for tenders. Certification of the Material quantity.
Certification of the Sub contractors Rate analysis.
To initiate and carry out the job independently within the objectives/guideline/parameters of our company
Prepare quantity/amount Variation statement.

Role Proficiencies:

Graduate/ Post graduate from a recognized institute
Minimum 5 work-experience.
Proven experience in tendering and cost estimating within the interior execution industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
