Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process airline invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Verify and reconcile airline billing data, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain records of invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts.
Ensure compliance with IATA (International Air Transport Association) billing standards and airline industry practices.
Prepare reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and revenue tracking.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Support automation and process improvements in airline billing.
Work with finance teams for timely payment processing and reconciliations.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in airline billing systems (e.g., BSP, CASS, GDS, or other airline revenue accounting software).
Strong knowledge of airline invoicing, reconciliation, and fare rules.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Good communication and coordination skills for handling internal and external queries.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or financial software is a plus.
