Deliver seamless service adhering to process and compliance standards
Handle customer complaints with efficiency and ensure first-time resolution
Achieve call quality and minimal handling time metrics
Cross-sell / upsell products like loans, mortgages, priority / elite accounts, etc

Role Proficiencies:

Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized institution
2- 5 years of relevant experience / Any Post graduate if fresher can apply / Any Graduate should have experience min 2yrs
Rotational Shift and Rotational Off
No travel Allowance For Females No Night Shift .For Males Night shift Allowance will be given
