RM Role-Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements.
RM Role-Ensure account activation and subsequent maintaining the health of accounts. Focusing on overall CASA growth for Rural Banking business.
CSM Role-Ensure superior customer service to capture larger wallet share of population and drive volume of business across the catchment area.
CSM Role-Providing excellent customer service and promoting customer centricity in the organization by improving customer service experience, engaging customers and facilitating organic growth.
CSM Role-Analyzing MIS, enhance productivity and maintaining accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
