As the Assistant Vice President - Tele Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of tele-sales professionals focused on promoting and selling wealth products offered by the bank. Leveraging your extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly in wealth management, you will drive business growth, enhance customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets through effective tele-sales strategies.
Role Proficiencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CWM) preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on wealth management and sales.
Proven track record of leadership and achievement in driving sales performance and revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of wealth products, investment strategies, and financial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
