The Association Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Association, coordinating all the services necessary to run the organization effectively, providing all the administration and to be the first point of contact for all members.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and associations Board Members
Be in regular contact with members, via phone calls, e-shots, emails etc
Write meeting Agenda, attend meetings prepare accurate Minutes
Proactively manage our social media channels
Organise speakers for events; develop a schedule of online and face to face workshops and networking events
Organise and deliver the Annual Conference, trade show and Awards
Efficiently undertake all admin work
Raise invoices with accounts and chase overdue payments
Take press enquiries and work with PR Manager to form appropriate responses
Any other duties that may be added from time to time that are within your capability
Role Proficiencies:

Familiar with Word, Excel, Wordpress, Mailchimp, CRM systems and SAGE
Organised and accurate, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong IT and admin skills
Good understanding of figures
