Key Responsibilities:

Identifying business owners in the defined catchment & identifying their business loan needs
Map out prospects in the town to scope business potential
Disburse Personal loans based on needs assessment.
Conduct end-use checks as specified post disbursal of loans.
Achieve monthly and annual loan booking targets.

Role Proficiencies:

Cross-sell products and services to both new and as well as existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements
Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer.
Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive.
Preparation of accurate documentation of loans.
