Implement programs and processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation, immigration law and internal policies. Audit and advise Human Resources (HR) and line management on compliance issues
Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes. Align Schlumberger policy with those changes and communicate these to management
Role Proficiencies:
Monitor changes in statutory labour laws and make recommendations as necessary
Interpret and administer contracts with respect to grievances, wages and salaries, employee welfare, healthcare, pensions, union and management practices, and other contractual stipulations
Requires traveling to different oilfields and operational facilities as per business requirement across INDIA.
