Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Manager, Sales - Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the employee benefits segment of our Broker House Insurance Company. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong background in both Human Resources and Marketing, specifically in the domains of health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed employee benefits sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, with a focus on corporate entities seeking employee benefits solutions.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings in health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Work closely with targets customers to expand the customer basic & revenues.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Provide necessary support and resources to facilitate successful partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations related to health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
Role Proficiencies:
  • MBA in HR & Marketing or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry with a focus on employee benefits.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
