As a Manager, Sales - Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the employee benefits segment of our Broker House Insurance Company. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong background in both Human Resources and Marketing, specifically in the domains of health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed employee benefits sales targets.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, with a focus on corporate entities seeking employee benefits solutions.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings in health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
Work closely with targets customers to expand the customer basic & revenues.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Provide necessary support and resources to facilitate successful partnerships.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
Stay informed about changes in regulations related to health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
Role Proficiencies:
MBA in HR & Marketing or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry with a focus on employee benefits.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of health insurance, liability insurance, and employee benefits.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
