Lead and manage industrial relations initiatives, including collective bargaining and union liaison
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory obligations
Handle grievances and disciplinary actions with empathy and legal rigor
Build strong rapport with employees to foster trust and avoid disruptions
Liaise with government agencies, legal advisors, and auditors as needed
Drive employee welfare programs and ensure occupational health and safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation for inspections and legal submissions
Collaborate with HR and Legal teams on workforce policies and compliance matters
Oversee day-to-day plant administration and facility management
Administrative support in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of local and foreign delegates.
Support employee engagement activities at site.
