Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track client payments, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups
Prepare and process client invoices accurately
Handle end-to-end client coordination regarding billing, payments, and account queries
Collaborate with internal teams for brand-related coordination and financial alignment
Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and payment status
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Generate periodic reports on receivables and payment status

Role Proficiencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing
Good communication skills for client coordination
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in handling client servicing/brand coordination is a plus
