  • Support US Account Managers with:
  • New business and renewal processing
  • Policy checking, submissions, endorsements
  • Loss run ordering, cancellations, reinstatements
  • Premium comparisons, invoicing, quoting, and rating
  • Use of systems like AMS360, ImageRight, Applied EPIC, Nexsure
Role Proficiencies:
  • Experience Required: 2–4 years in US Insurance (Commercial Lines / Personal Lines / Employee Benefits)
  • Shift Timing: Night shift only (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM IST) aligned with US hours
  • Location: Mumbai (on-site)
