Jyotsna, who hails from the small village of Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh, never had the opportunity to leave the area until she earned her MBA from Andhra University.

She moved to Hyderabad to begin her profession. She established herself as a capable Recruiter and added 8 years of experience to her resume. She had previously been offered a position as HR Manager with a Leading Manufacturing company, but she had to decline due to the need to care for her two kids.

She got hired by QWEEN on a permanent work from home position. Now, she is happily managing her professional and work life.
