Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage accounts receivable by contacting clients through phone, and mail for payment collection.
Post bank deposits and conduct daily reconciliation of bank accounts.
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up-to-date, applying credits and collections, accounting for uncollectible amounts, and clearing any differences.
Reconcile ledgers and resolve issues related to accounts receivable with customers.
Generate financial reports, including aging reports and ledger confirmations, detailing the status of accounts receivable.
Support the accounting and finance team, as well as the supply chain management team, in forecasting collections.
Conduct quarterly reconciliation of 26AS statements for TDS and TCS.
Post necessary entries, including payment, receipt, TDS and TCS journal entries, as well as debit and credit notes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Min 1yrs of experience in accounts receivable.

Role Proficiencies:

Day Shift / 2nd Saturday â€“ Half Day 4th Saturday â€“ Holiday 1st & 3rd Saturday â€“ Full Day Working
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Spectrum accounting software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
