Key Responsibilities:

a) Experience â–ª 4â€“6+ years (with 2â€“4 years in managerial role) â–ª Banks/NBFC basic data understanding
Expert-level Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server/Cloud
Strong experience with calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters
Solid understanding of SQL (joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
Experience with data warehouses (Redshift, Athena, Snowflake etc.)
Knowledge of visualization best practices and UX principles
Proven experience managing BI solution for the organization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strong understanding of: â€¢ Risk & Credit Analytics â€¢ Regulatory & Compliance Reporting â€¢ Financial Statements & KPIs â€¢ Customer & Transaction Data
Experience working with high-volume, sensitive financial data
