As a Relationship Manager-Rural Business Banking, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business banking portfolio in the rural areas of Chakan. You will be the primary point of contact for our rural business clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them
Identify and acquire new business banking clients in the rural areas of Chakan
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business banking clients
Understand the financial needs of clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
Cross-sell other banking products and services to clients
Conduct regular client visits and provide excellent customer service
Monitor and manage the performance of the business banking portfolio
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient banking operations
Stay updated on market trends and competition in the rural business banking segment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
