Manager: Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for increasing account productivity and support sales strategies.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze each client's needs to recommend improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Liaise with account managers, operations, and finance teams to identify gaps in current processes. Develop and implement strategic solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Order Processing: Take ownership of the execution of order processing and fulfillment. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on order status, client feedback, and process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process changes that improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding order fulfillment and service-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Client Servicing, Sales Support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages is preferred.
