Key Responsibilities:
  • Looking for Physically disabled candidates for Customer Service Associate (Chat/Domestic Voice(English & Hindi) International Vocie with one of the Leading Ecommerce Company.
  • Hiring Zones: Delhi NCR, Telangana, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Karnataka & Madhya Pradesh
  • Work mode - Work from office & Work from home both options, Shift : 24*7 Rotational Shift , Night Shift is mandatory as the team works 24x7.
  • Compensation Range: 2.02 – 4.38 LPA, Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package,
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Freshers or non relevant exp candidates will be offered the minimum
  • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
  • Should be Excellent in English Communication Skill. Travelling Allowance extra for candidates interested for Work from Office along with other benefits
  • System/ desktop will be provided by Company. 5 day working in a week with 2 consecutive off.(the off day change based on business requirement) Role Proficiencies:

  • It is mandatory to have excellent English communication skills to be eligible for this voice/chat role.
  • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
  • Experience : Freshers can also apply
  • Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.
