Implement programs and processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation, immigration law and internal policies. Audit and advise Human Resources (HR) and line management on compliance issues.

Role Proficiencies:

Foster relationships with trade unions and ensure compliance with union laws and constitution and coordinate with third parties in workplace industrial relations.
