Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                  

  • Collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders to ensure fulfillment, technology
    support and flawless delivery of projects
  • Interact with leadership to drive delivery strategy and priorities across the vertical
    Client Relationship Management
  • Drive portfolio and create strong value proposition for clients across the value chain
  • Conduct regular customer connects to understand customer’s current and future needs andseek feedback
  • Delivery governance and cadence with teams and leadership
  • Deep knowledge and experience of executing large transformation programs
  • Experience on onsite – offshore model ways of working
  • Work closely with delivery assurance and presales team on new deals
  • Spearhead quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning aligned to requirements of the different accounts/ projects
  • Develop, drive and deploy automation led solutions and service improvements
    to deliver value added services to the customers thereby driving customer’s business
    forward
  • Deploy new ways of working on the projects to improve quality, delivery speed and
    productivity parameters Capability Development
  • Engage with current customers to identify business opportunities by providing relevant
    solutions in order to increase delivery driven revenue/ organic growth
  • Support sales team with acquisition and traction of new deals by understanding the
    customer needs and providing support in developing solutions
  • Partner with the clients to drive delivery transformation Delivery Governance
  • Manage complex project escalations, potential risks on project delivery to eliminate any
    revenue leakage and focus on margin improvement avenues
  • Execute delivery performance parameters (project heath, team pyramid, utilization,
    absolute cost, volume growth (net people addition) etc.)
  • Spearhead quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning aligned to requirements of the different accounts/ project
  • Interact with leadership to drive delivery strategy and priorities across the vertical
    Client Relationship Management
  • Customer Satisfaction  Operations focus and tracking (month and Quarter wise)
  • Create and deploy delivery strategy of the region with leadership team and key internal stakeholders
