Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements.
Should ensure to submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines.
Role Proficiencies:
Must know visa classification (H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa) & Familiar with different US Tax terms, like Corp-Corp (C2C ), W2, 1099
Good sourcing skills using portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn and other job portals.
