Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process end to enable the selection of quality talent for open positions
Understanding the job requirements from the client and source relevant profiles as per the given JD through different portals, references, Head Hunting and Networking.
Preliminary screening of the candidates, take acknowledgement on JD's and share the candidate details in the required format given by the client.
Coordinate for Interviews and Feedback.
Negotiation with the selected candidates on the CTC, Notice Period etc.
To take initiative in handling additional responsibilities.
To achieve the individual target and also proactively help others in the team to achieve the team target.
Role Proficiencies:
Any Graduate with excellent communication skills.
Should have a minimum 3 years of experience purely in Non IT Recruitment and 1 year in client handling.
Should have experience in Leadership Hiring upto AVP/VP level in domains like BFSI, Ecommerce, BPM, Manufacturing, Telecom,real estate, IT etc.
