Ensure placement and product awareness of all Atul range on daily basis
Ensure all TMs to achieve targeted sales per moth
Appoint and develop distribution network across market
Ensure each TM does 100 % fulfilment within 15 days of secondary sales
Ensure achievement of primary orders from all distributors in market
Ensure payments are collected from customers on or before due dates
Ensure each TM conduct SGA every week targeting users to promote range of products
Monthly plan to be prepared in coordination with FM for identification, and conversion of users to our product
In time resolution of grievances of distributor | market
Role Proficiencies:
Should have served as AM at least in 1-2 companies for more than 2-3 years (each) - sales background mandatory
Responsible for secondary sales development, range selling, sales and collection in assigned area through appointment and development of distributors in gap market to promote company focused range of products and ensure achievement of targeted sales
Sales experience may be of any product, preferably adhesives, construction, consumer durables, telecom, FMCG
Good interpersonal skills; should be able to handle and effectively manage a team of 1-3 people
Should have basic English communication skills + local language
Should have basic | good computer and presentation skills | comfortable using apps
