Area Sales Manager Key Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly | quarterly and annual targets pertaining to key accounts
  • Maintain hygiene with regard to inventory and outstanding dues.
  • Identify untapped end user industries in the area and convert them to our portfolio. Get the products specified in big industries
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Conduct product trials | demo of new products at identified industries
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Train the team and end consumers on effective application of relevant products
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Identify industry future trends and work for future readiness
Role Proficiencies:
  • Should have served as AM at least in 1-2 companies for more than 2-3 years (each) - sales background mandatory
  • Sales eExperience across various product categories. Preferred background include adhesives, constructions, consumer durables, telecom, and FMCG
  • Good interpersonal skills; should be able to handle and effectively manage a team of 1-3 people
  • Should have basic English communication skills + local language
  • Should have basic | good computer and presentation skills | comfortable using apps
  • Age limit : between 30 to 40 years

    6 - 10 Years
