Eligibility and Selection Process
- Anyone who is currently not employed for a minimum of 6 months to 15yrs of duration can apply to this program (jobs) that are relevant to their work experience or educational qualifications.
- Candidates' resumes will be evaluated against the required parameters such as their skills, roles and responsibilities handled in their previous organizations.
- Suitable candidates will be contacted by the recruitment team to participate in multiple rounds of interview for the screening process.
- Selected candidates will be offered full-time, regular employment.
- Any Graduate, Post Graduate or Diploma.
Experienced background before break, if any work experience:
- Should not be a fresh graduate.
- Minimum 2+ yrs of experience with matching skill sets.
- Career gap can be between 6 months to 15 yrs
Good communication skills are a plus
