Program Flow

• Screening : Filtration based upon eligibility.
• Final Interview & Offer Process : Interview, Selection & Onboarding.
• DA Training : Basic Technical & Soft skill Training.
• Deployment : On Job assignments to Business regions.

Eligibility and Selection Process

• Anyone who is currently not employed for a minimum of 6 months to 15yrs of duration can apply to this program (jobs) that are relevant to their work experience or educational qualifications.
• Candidates' resumes will be evaluated against parameters such as technological skills and roles and responsibilities handled in their previous organization etc.
• Suitable candidates will be contacted by the recruitment team to participate in multiple rounds of technical and managerial interviews.
• Selected candidates will be offered full-time, regular employment.

Educational Qualification:

• Engineering graduates from Circuit branches (BE / BTECH), Diploma
• Graduates from Circuit branches (BSc / BCA) ;MSC IT, MCA; Distance education

Experienced background before break, if Any Technology work experience:

• Should not be a fresh graduate.
• Minimum 2 + yrs of experience with matching skill sets.
• Career gap can be between 6 months to 15 yrs

Good communication skills are a plus
