Key Responsibilities:

Minimum of 7 years experience for Delhi location ( mahipalpur)
Project Management, Coordination of services ,Execution, Planning and Commissioning of building Electrical & Mechanical Equipment and systems for Commercial & Residential project. To be well versed in the Coordination, Management of HVAC, Fire Fighting System, Fire alarm work, Internal and External Electrical work, Sub â€“Station work and Public Address work etc.
Engineering drawing of various layout like floor layout, piping and routing of electrical cables, Schematic DWGS, SLD, Coordination DWGS, General Arrangement DWG (GA).
Project Initiation & Coordination, Design Management, Preconstruction & Procurement management, On Site Project management. - Coordination between Client, Architect, Consultants & Contractors.
Scheduling and Monitoring, Budgeting & Costing, Tracking progress & Reporting, Cash Flow, Quality & Safety assurance, Document Control, Billing, Handing over & Move Management, Defects Rectification, Commercial & Technical Close out. Â· Commissioning test procedures, schematic diagrams and specifications.

Role Proficiencies:

Experienced Project management Professional or PM with Rich Experience of Project Management of Varied type of Projects Including Civil structure Construction.
Work Experience with Developers, and Architects & Corporate Project Teams.
worked from contractor side preferably .
Key industry - CIVIL STRUCTURE - RCC , Foam work, Venting shuttering, Steel , Blick block , foundation , casting .
