Maintaining a positive & professional attitude toward customers
with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate responses to the customers
Effective communication via Phone Calls
Respond to Emails within a specific timeframe
Inbound Voice process
Rotational shift and rotational week offs
Aspirants with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
