Manage Affluent segment client growth strategy for Burgundy Private, Burgundy and Priority account acquisitions, qualified client growth along with deepening of wallet through Investment / Insurance / FX penetration in the account.
Identify opportunities to expand reach and business footprint.
Own the affluent and emerging affluent segment in the wealth space and responsible to drive and acquisition business plan
Design and implement Early Engagement strategy to activate accounts on Investment, Insurance and Fx
Optimize cross sell opportunity for credit cards, mortgage and business lending
Primary interface with product group, segment, Digital teams, marketing, finance, risk and research
Work closely with segment & product team for curating exciting offers and customer benefit programs
Work closely with the Acquisitions Marketing and Merchandising team to drive affluent events for prospecting and lead generation
Responsible for Sales Planning and work force capacity planning
Training content development and deployment
Weekly and Monthly performance dashboard preparation
Ensure seamless customer on-boarding
Regular Interface with Head Corporate Salary, Sky & Affluent Sales to drive and implement key acquisitions initiatives
Deepening of Wallet - Work on initiatives to improve DII, Investment, Insurance penetration and QCG
Cross Sell - Ensuring Cross sell of all Products like Cards, Investments and Mortgage
Monthly reiteration of Dos and Donts and create a strong culture of controls and compliance within the team.
Keep the team updated on lessons learnt
Ensure lowest TAT & FTR for the location
Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process with respect to right selling, sourcing and documentation.
Drive high performance culture amongst the team and create an environment congenial for people to share best practices for the overall growth of the team.
Review people performance in a structured / periodical manner and outline a process to review feedback
Identify training opportunities and enable trainings to constantly upskill the team.
Discipline in Trainings; Certifications; HR related timelines adherence
Ensure adherence to operational risk controls and accuracy of procedures in day-to-day sales management
Identify business risks and engage with all stakeholders in order to correct them and take preventive/corrective action as appropriate.
