We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in supply chain finance to join our fintech company. In this role, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business operations and IT professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include
Business API Understanding: Demonstrate proficiency in comprehending and working with Business APIs. Act as a liaison between third-party vendors and our organization, comparing, evaluating, and preparing detailed comparison documentation to align with business requirements.
Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business operations and IT professionals to gather and define the necessary business requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and implementation of strategies
Project Analysis and Documentation: Produce comprehensive project analysis documentation, including business requirements, API documentation, future state proposals, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrix. Provide these materials to senior management for decision-making purposes.
Meeting and Project Management: Maintain organized logs for meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates to ensure efficient communication and project coordinaTIon.
Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Identify innovative approaches to understanding customer needs and increase overall customer satisfaction
Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate ideas and viewpoints regarding various opportunities to senior management.
Role Proficiencies:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the supply chain finance domain.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Business Process Modeling: Training or certification in business process modeling is desirable.
Business API Proficiency: Proficient in working with business APIs, conducting business field comparisons, and preparing comprehensive documentation
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with designing tools is a bonus.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities to drive initiatives, coordinate efforts, and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
