Manage or lead medium to large size projects under minimal supervision through the system project life cycle.
Work closely with end users to define requirements for new or improved system.
Perform Fit/Gap analysis against delivered system functionality to provide a solution.
Provide or assist with all necessary project documentation such as Project Charter, Requirements Document, Testing Plan/Strategy, etc.
Perform functional system initialization and set-up.
Develop and ensure thorough and comprehensive system testing and training.
Work on complex business problems, analyzing and evaluating current business processes and procedures for improvements.
Develop simple user reports.
Provide demonstrations to iterate on configuration designs for HR staff or impacted business units as it relates to the project.
Provide Tier 2 production support for HCM technology issues.
Provide issue resolutions for assigned production support tickets.
May create custom ad hoc reports.
Role Proficiencies:
Must have a 4 year college degree in computer information system, human resources management, business administration or other related field of discipline.
Systems implementation, conversion, and project management experience required.
Must have 10+ years Human Resource Information Systems experience or HCM implementation experience.
Must have 3+ years of Workday Experience with solid Workday HCM skills specifically in the areas of Talent Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, business process configuration, security, and report writing.
Excellent communications skills are required.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Familiar with business process analysis techniques, including process flowcharting.
Experience in a highly automated HR environment preferred.
