Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and driving performance
Develop and execute a sales strategy that supports the companyâ€™s growth goals
Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, negotiating deals and closing contracts
Report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
