Role Proficiencies:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign development.
Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
