Senior Marketing Manager (Insurance Domain)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute innovative marketing plans to achieve company objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging, visual representation, and brand guidelines. Ensure brand integrity across all marketing collateral, advertising, and communications.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives. Identify opportunities for budget optimization and efficiencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and senior leadership, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements, including data privacy and advertising guidelines.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign development.
Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
