Key Responsibilities:
  • 5+years of experience in digital marketing roles focused on outbound B2B.
  • Expertise of analytics methodologies, competitive analysis, surveys, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, spot trends and identify the opportunities for future prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is required, and knowledge of additional marketing data and analytics platforms, and/or familiarity with concepts of data science would be an advantage.
  • High level of organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and ‘hands- on’ approach.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, and adapt to new processes.
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment.
Role Proficiencies:
  • Monitor campaign execution and track response data in the system to enable accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Forecast, report and analyze program and tactic effectiveness.
  • Make data-driven recommendations and advocated for internal resources required to drive continued growth.
  • Create and disseminate key reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of top of funnel performance – clicks, webinar analysis, customer journey analysis etc.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and trends.
  • Analyze the lead pipeline, user needs and trends, conversion data, funnel analysis, tracking the lead progress and provide the insight on customer/ lead conversion.
  • Campaign Analysis on qualitative and quantitative basis, understanding of the industry needs and persona's involved, get the right messaging and the right use cases for particular issues.
  • Accountable for detailed reports on effectiveness of multi- channel campaigns, analyzing the performance of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Communicate opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the business.
