Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years in Collections with 2 years in Agency Management
Experience in handling Collections of PL,CD,CC Product preferred
Data handling skillsâ€¦ Conversant with EXCEL
Experience in working in a deadline driven environment
Willingness to work at agency premises
Ability to handle multiple Buckets and agencies at the same time
Good English speaking and writing skills
Willingness to travel within the state
Willingness to work weekends to meet numbers

Role Proficiencies:

Minimum 5 years of experience; Banking/NBFC preferable ,Communication Skills , Negotiation Skills ,Knowledge of MS Office , Team Management Skills
