1. Write and post technical job descriptions.
2. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
3. Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicant abilities understanding on technical side.
4. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
5. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.recruiting and Boolean search).
6. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
7. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
Must have Characteristics:
1. Candidates should have minimum 1-year exp in IT Staffing.
2. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and Verbal).
3. Candidates should have the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology keywords.
4. Should have the ability for reviewing and understanding technical job requirements and creating detailed job descriptions.
5. Should have the good understanding of technology for sourcing & screening potential candidates and evaluating them from the effective usage of Job Portals, social networking, Job Postings etc. within the time frame.
7. Reviewing applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
8. Should have the experience to schedule interview of resourced candidates
9. Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals across all levels and major IT skills.
10. Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
