Direct Sales Manager

One of our clients is a seed stage startup in Ayuvedic Pharma space. They are looking for a Mumbai Based candidate for a high-performing Direct Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition & revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Description:

- Lead the effort on Direct sales channels of the company.

- Maximize our sales team potential, crafting sales plans & justifying those to plans to the upper management.

- Keep a check on the processes and systems of the entire sales channel

- Achieve growth & hit sales targets

- Design & implement a strategic business plan Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching & performance monitoring of team build & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers & partners Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements:

- Candidate must be open to visit office once a week for few hours

- 3-7 years of industry expertise in selling Ayurvedic pharma products would be a great plus

- Proven ability to drive the sales process Excellent mentoring, coaching & people skills

    Graduate with sales experience.
