Experience centre manager will be responsible for planning and driving retail operations through the implementation and maintenance of professional retail standards.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and customer service .Maintain and update experience centre displays. Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
Take essential measures to ensure customer satisfaction & customer connect activities.
supporting directors / team in organising /planning in-store events and coordinating with external team for VIP customers.
Driving up sales and profitability by proactively and reactively following up on leads. Striving with the team to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with larger team to ensure smooth functioning of the experience centre.
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure on time delivery for the customers.
Develop and maintain existing business relationships and develop new leads. Maintain and manage inventory list and sales trends.
Need to develop complete technical knowledge of the product raw materials and hardware. . Studying the features of all products on offer.
Reporting to Director. Working with Sales Colleagues
Coordinate and manage social media accounts. Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
Conduct sales meetings with clients.
