Key Responsibilities:

Looking for Physically disabled candidates for Customer Service Associate (Chat/Domestic Voice(English & Hindi)with one of the Leading Ecommerce Company.
Work mode - Work from office & Work from home both options
Shift : 24*7 Rotational Shift
Salary range -Non voice Process : 2.56 - 3.04 lpa/ domestic Phone : 2.8 - 3.37 lpa / international phone : 3.6 to 4.3 lpa
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers

Freshers or non relevant exp candidates will be offered the minimum
Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
Should be Excellent in English Communication Skill. Travelling Allowance extra for candidates interested for Work from Office along with other benefits
System/ desktop will be provided by Company. 5 day working in a week with 2 consecutive off.(the off day change based on business requirement)

Role Proficiencies:

It is mandatory to have excellent English communication skills to be eligible for this voice/chat role.
Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
