Practice Lead (Analytical AI Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

You will have primary responsibility for engaging with customers and Practice Delivery organization to bootstrap and scale the Analytical AI Engineering group within the practice.
Conceptualize and propose differentiated, custom engineered Analytical AI solutions to build smart digital / phygital products and intelligence enabled platforms / processes for our engineering customers
Scale the Analytical AI group by inducting new team members, driving the competency development engine and mentoring project / technical leads and architects
Be the trusted technical advisor for Analytical AI within the practice, influence technology roadmap and GTM decisions.

Role Proficiencies:

Bachelorâ€™s degree in computer science with overall 10 to 15 years of experience or masterâ€™s degree in computer science / Data Science / AI with overall 6 to 10 years of experience.
Software development experience as a Full Stack Engineer working with either Technology/Product Engineering companies, Startups, IT Service Providers.
Two (2) years of building and delivering Data Science and Machine Learning solutions for external and/or internal customers.
Two (2) years of experience working in AWS/Azure/GCP environments leveraging cloud native PaaS services.
Strong technical understanding of Data Preparation and Machine Learning tools, MLOps pipelines and updated with recent technology trends in Generative AI.
Experience leveraging Python, Kubernetes and Big Data platforms to build Analytical AI services for regression, prediction, anomaly detection, recommendation use cases.
